Less time qualifying. More time signing.
Every lead clears 4-point screening:
A lead that never signs wastes an ad click and an intake call. Here's how the typical lead-gen model compares to ours.
Month-to-month. Pay per qualified lead: no retainer, no setup fee, no contract. Leads that don't clear screening cost you nothing.
What counts as a "qualified" lead?
An MVA case where liability, injury, and treatment have been verified by our intake team, and the person has confirmed insurance coverage applies.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month-to-month. You pay per qualified lead, nothing else, no retainer.
Why a limited number of firms?
Screening and ad management stay in-house, never handed to a subcontracted team. That's what keeps lead quality consistent, and why we're selective about how many firms we take on.

Book a Free Case Growth CallNo monthly fees. No long-term contracts. $0 for leads that don't qualify.
Every lead that reaches your firm has cleared three stages: capture, screening, delivery.
Ad campaigns and screening are built around MVA cases specifically, across:
Meta ad campaigns built specifically for MVA & PI intent, not repurposed from another niche.
Before a lead is marked qualified, it's checked against all four:
We also confirm insurance applies before delivery. What doesn't clear gets filtered. You never see it, never pay for it.
Qualified leads hit your firm by email and SMS the moment they clear screening. One firm only, never shared. Most firms go live within 24 hours of a fit call.
Illustrative example. Sent to your firm by email + SMS, exclusively, the moment it clears screening.
Plug in your own numbers, not ours.
The % of qualified leads your firm typically signs as clients.
Use your own average. This varies a lot firm to firm.
Illustrative only, based on the numbers you enter. Not a guarantee of leads, signed cases, or revenue. Your sign rate and case value are yours to know; we don't assume them for you.
Screening and ad management stay in-house, never subcontracted. That caps how many firms we take per market.
If your market is open, you'll find out on the call.

20 minutes, no pitch deck. We cover practice areas, intake capacity, and target markets.
We confirm fit
If your market's open and capacity matches, we walk through pricing and delivery on the same call.
Campaign & screening set up
Your market, case criteria, and delivery details are configured before launch.
Live within 24 hours
Most firms start receiving leads within 24 hours of setup.

Book a Free Case Growth CallOne model, no fine print: you pay per qualified lead. Nothing else.
Price varies by market and case mix, so it's confirmed on your call, not quoted blind. Everything else is the same for every firm.
"Typical vendor" describes how most agency lead-gen deals are structured in this space, not any specific competitor.
We only get paid when you get a lead worth working. No retainer to collect regardless of quality. If fewer leads qualify, our revenue drops, not yours.
No retainer
You're never paying to keep the lights on. Cost is tied directly to leads delivered.
No long-term contract
Month-to-month. If your intake capacity changes, you can scale or pause without penalty.
No charge for what doesn't qualify
Screening happens before billing, not after. If it doesn't clear, it doesn't cost you.
20 minutes. We'll confirm your market is open and walk through real numbers for your firm.
Book a Free Case Growth CallEverything firms usually ask before booking a Case Growth Call.
What counts as a "qualified" lead?
An MVA case where liability, injury, and treatment are verified by our intake team, with insurance coverage confirmed.
What case types do you generate leads for?
Motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases for personal injury firms. That's the only case type our screening criteria and ad campaigns are built around.
What happens to leads that don't qualify?
They're filtered out before delivery. You never see them, and you're never charged for them.
How are leads delivered?
Each qualified lead is pushed to your firm immediately by email and SMS notification, the same day it clears screening.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month-to-month. You pay per qualified lead, nothing else, no retainer.
How much does a qualified lead cost?
Price per lead is set on your Case Growth Call, based on your market and case mix. It's confirmed there rather than quoted blind.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. It's month-to-month. Pause or cancel with no penalty.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You only ever pay for qualified leads as they're delivered.
Do I need to bring anything to the call?
Just a sense of your current intake capacity, target markets, and what case types you're set up to take on.
What if it's not a fit?
No pressure, no pitch deck. If it doesn't make sense for your firm, we'll tell you on the call.
What markets do you operate in?
A limited number of metro markets at a time. We expand deliberately to protect exclusivity. Ask on your call which are open.
How fast can I start receiving leads?
If it's a fit, most firms are live and receiving leads within 24 hours of completing setup.
Why a limited number of firms?
Screening and ad management stay in-house, never subcontracted. That's what keeps lead quality consistent and caps how many firms we take on.

Effective date: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at burbankpartners.com and any related subdomains (the "Site"), and any lead acquisition, advertising, or marketing services provided by Burbank Partners Inc. ("Burbank Partners," "we," "us," or "our"), a company with a business address at 39 Niagara Street, Unit 934, Toronto, ON, Canada.
By using the Site, submitting a form on the Site, or entering into a service arrangement with Burbank Partners, you ("you," "your," or the "Firm") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
Burbank Partners is a marketing and advertising company. We generate and screen motor vehicle accident (MVA) / personal injury inquiries through paid advertising, and make qualifying inquiries available to a limited number of independent law firms on a flat, pre-agreed, per-lead advertising fee.
To be clear about what we are not:
Nothing in this Section 2 or elsewhere in these Terms should be read as Burbank Partners rendering, or holding itself out as authorized to render, legal advice or legal services of any kind.
Our services are offered only to licensed law firms and attorneys in good standing, acting through an authorized representative who is at least 18 years of age and has the authority to bind the Firm to these Terms.
Inquiries are screened against Burbank Partners' published qualification criteria before delivery. Firms are invoiced only for inquiries that clear screening and are delivered. Specific per-lead pricing, invoicing cadence, and any volume terms are set out in the separate written agreement or order confirmation between Burbank Partners and the Firm, which supplements these Terms. There is no long-term contract or retainer unless separately agreed in writing.
By submitting your phone number through a form on the Site (including to book a call or request information), you consent to receive text messages (SMS) and phone calls from Burbank Partners related to your inquiry, scheduling, and service or account updates, at the number provided.
Further detail on how information collected through this consent process is used and shared is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Burbank Partners does not guarantee any specific number, frequency, or quality of inquiries, any particular retention rate, or any return on advertising spend. Past results referenced anywhere on the Site are illustrative only and are not a promise of future performance.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, fee-sharing arrangement, or agency relationship between Burbank Partners and any Firm. Each party acts as an independent contractor.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, pricing, or operational information disclosed by the other party in connection with the services, and to use it only for purposes of the engagement.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and creative assets — is owned by Burbank Partners or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burbank Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by the Firm to Burbank Partners in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Burbank Partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your handling of any inquiry delivered to you.
Either party may terminate the service arrangement at any time in accordance with the terms of the applicable order confirmation or written agreement. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–12) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
Note: if Burbank Partners' advertising campaigns, A2P 10DLC brand registration, or contracting entity are ultimately filed under a different legal entity or jurisdiction than the one named above, this section and the entity name in Section 1 must be updated to match before this page is treated as final.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the last revision.

How Burbank Partners Inc. collects, uses, and protects information, including SMS/text messaging data.
Effective date: August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Burbank Partners Inc. ("Burbank Partners," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with burbankpartners.com and related subdomains (the "Site") and our lead acquisition services for personal injury / motor vehicle accident (MVA) law firms.
Our services and this Site are directed at business contacts — attorneys and staff at law firms — not at the general public seeking legal representation.
When a Firm or its representative submits a form on the Site (for example, to book a call or request information), we collect:
We do not knowingly collect information about individual accident claimants or consumers directly — those inquiries are handled separately as part of the advertising service delivered to Firms, and are not the subject of this policy.
If you submit a phone number through a form on the Site, you are consenting to receive text messages from Burbank Partners related to your inquiry, scheduling, and service updates.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or any other company for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — that information is not shared with any third party for any purpose.
We use cookies and similar technologies (which may include tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Ads/Analytics) to understand Site traffic and measure the performance of our own advertising campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect Site functionality.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
We retain contact and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us using the details in Section 12.
We describe our consent and opt-out process above rather than asserting compliance with any specific regulatory framework; if you have questions about how a particular law applies to your situation, we encourage you to seek independent advice.
Our Site and services are directed at business professionals and are not intended for, or knowingly directed at, individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
